NEW YORK NY – Tuesday, April, 26th, 2011 – Adirée, the parent company and producer of Africa Fashion Week (New York) (AFWNY), launches today a brand new interactive website for the upcoming event. AFWNY is set to take place on July 14th, 15th and 16th at the Broad Street Ballroom in New York City’s financial district. 
In 2010, AFWNY received an official proclamation from Mayor Bloomberg. In 2011, Mr. Bloomberg proclaimed New York’s first social media holiday and announced the launch of two new programs using social media platforms.
